Warranty Services
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. We understand that not every purchase may end up suiting the wants and needs of a customer. Therefore, in addition to our industry standard 30 day warranty, we offer an optional 1 to 3 years labour and parts warranty for your peace of mind. This applies to all hardware issues for our refurbished computers/laptops, with the exception of batteries.
Our warranty period commences on the original purchase date. Please note that the warranty service does not cover any software issues or data loss, accidental damages, battery, or any unauthorized repairs & upgrades.
All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting us through email. Please send an email to rma@topsystem.ca and Cc sales@topsystem.ca along with the invoice/order number, serial/tag number of the item(s) in question, and the problem(s) you are experiencing with it. No item can be returned without authorization from us.
